- will ensure the conformity of the programs used to automatically process personal data with the terms of the statement to the Privacy Commission as well as the legality of their application;

- will ensure that any person acting under the authority of the person in charge of processing or that of the sub-contractor, as well as the sub-contractor himself, who accesses personal data, can only process it on instruction of the person in charge of processing, unless obliged to or in accordance with the law, decree or order.

- will take, oblige its sub-contractors and partners to take the technical and organisational measures required to protect personal data against accidental or unauthorised destruction, against accidental loss as well as against modification, access and any other unauthorised processing of personal data These measures will guarantee a suitable level of protection, taking into account, on the one hand, the state of the art involved and the costs resulting from the application of these measures and, on the other hand, the nature of the data to be protected and the potential risks.

 

When processing is entrusted to a sub-contractor, SONACA :

- will choose a sub-contractor who offers sufficient guarantees regarding the technical security and organisational measures relative to processing;

- will ensure these measures are respected, especially by the stipulation of contractual provisions;

- will determine the responsability of the subcontractor in the contract with regard to the person in charge of processing;

- will agree with the sub-contractor that he will only act under the instructions of the person in charge of processing and is bound by the same obligations as those to which the person in charge of processing is bound in application of the law;

- will put in writing or in an electronic form, the elements of the contract relating to the protection of data and the requirements concerning security measures ;

9 Access to your personal data processed by SONACA

You may ask us if we have any personal information on you by sending a letter by post to the above-mentioned contact person. We will ask you for proof of your identity (copy of your identity card or passport) in order to be certain of respecting your personal data and nor send it to a third party. We will only accept one request per year and per person. The information we have on you, or a letter specifying that we do not have any, will be sent free of charge within two months of receiving your request. You have the possibility of contesting the data we have on you and deleting, rectifying, modifying or completing it.

The newsletters, e-mails, mail-outs, letters you will receive, will always mention the possibilty of no longer receiving messages in the future and of modifying your personal data if necessary.
