A400M
Member of the Flabel consortium, shareholer of AIRBUS Military, SONACA develops and manufactures the A400M fixed leading edges and engine fairings. Fruit of its know-how, SONACA also developed the composite main landing gear door of the aircraft, as well as the wing de-icing system.
The parts of the first aircraft were delivered in 2006. After a successful maiden flight at the end of 2009, the A400M is now bound to have a long career with the countries that have decided to trust this aircraft.
